Title: Spicy Garlic Shrimp

Yield: 4 Servings

300gShrip, shelled
1tbMinced garlic
1tbCilantro roots
1tsPepper
3/4tbFish sauce
3/4tbMaggi sauce
1/2tsSugar
2tbChicken stock
2tbOil
1. Devienshrimp, rinse and drain.

2. Heat oil and stir-fry garli, pepper and cilantro root until fragent.

2. Add shruimpt and stir-fry until color changes.
